Mysa Calendar Scheduler is a service that connects your Google Calendar with your Mysa smart thermostats to automate temperature scheduling based on calendar events. The Service is provided by Mysa Smart Thermostats.

3. Account Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

• Have a valid Google account
• Have a valid Mysa account with at least one connected thermostat
• Grant the necessary permissions for calendar access and thermostat control
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Not use the Service to control thermostats in properties you do not own or have authorization to manage

5. Thermostat Control Disclaimer

The Service automates thermostat control based on your calendar events and automation rules. You are responsible for ensuring that temperature settings are appropriate for your environment. Mysa is not liable for any damage, discomfort, or energy costs resulting from automated temperature changes. Always verify that automation rules are configured correctly before relying on them.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party services (Google Calendar, Mysa API) and may be affected by their availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Mysa Smart Thermostats. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mysa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to property damage, energy costs, or personal discomfort resulting from thermostat automation.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your accounts. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
